June 2022 - Härjedalen & Västmanland
A six day trip to Flatruet and Ljungdalen for high mountain species, primarily Waders, Skuas & Little Gulls. On the way a one day stopover at a fantastic hide for Black Terns i Västmanland.
July 2017 - Västmanland
Two days with boat into Lake Mälaren to photograph Ospreys and White-tailed Eagles catching fish. In perfect weather I had two mornings with many dives from both species.
Oct. 2016 - Öland
A two day trip to Öland for Siberian rarities. In spite of the the grey and awful weather, I managed to see Siberian Accentor, Little Bunting & Pallas Leaf-Warbler.
Oct. 2013 - Öland
A 3 day trip with my son to Öland to photograph scarce migrants. We photographed many Red Crossbills and found several Yellow-browed Warblers, Jack Snipes and a Dusky Warbler.
Oct. 2010 - Öland
A two day trip with a friend to Öland to photograph migrants. A lot of Brant & Barnacle Geese, Kinglets, Robins and Thrushes. Best bird was a Red Phalarope.
June 2021 - Härjedalen
A one week trip to Flatruet in Härjedalen for mountain species - in particular Dotterels, Skuas, Arctic Loons, Red-throated Loons, Horned Grebes & Little Gulls.
June 2017 - Västmanland
A 3 day trip to Västmanland for a very photogenic Great Grey Owl, also visits to Little Gull colonies and Horned Grebes in Västergötland on the way back.
June 2016 - Middle Sweden
A 4 day trip to photograph Great Grey Owl & Ural Owl in Västmanland, Ortulan Bunting in Uppland, Dotterel in Dalarna & Horned Grebes in Västergötland.
June 2012 - Öland
A four day trip with a friend to Öland to photograph rare eastern breeding songbirds like Barred Warbler, Greenish Warbler, Red-breasted Flycatcher & Collared Flycatcher.
